What is Kairo?
Kairo is a nutrition and fitness coaching app built around a personal AI coach. You log food (by photo or chat), track your weight and training, and Kairo turns that data into daily guidance that keeps you moving toward your goal.
How does photo food logging work?
Take a photo of your meal and describe it in a sentence. Kairo estimates the portion, calories, and macros, and adds it to your log. You can adjust anything before saving.
Is Kairo free?
Kairo is free to download with a set of free coaching messages so you can try the coach properly. Premium unlocks unlimited coaching and the full feature set as a monthly or yearly subscription, with a 7 day free trial.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel there: on iPhone under Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions; on Android in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the current period ends.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your data is used to power your own coaching and nothing else. The details are in our Privacy Policy, and you can delete your account and data at any time (see below).

Account & data deletion

How to delete your account

  • In the app: Profile, then My Account, then Delete Account. You will confirm with your password or sign-in provider, and deletion runs immediately.
  • Without the app: send a request through the contact form above with the topic "Account & billing" from the email on your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, food logs, weight entries, coach conversations, and generated summaries. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm the full list of deleted data categories.]

What is retained

A minimal deletion audit record is kept for legal and safety purposes. Subscription billing records are held by Apple, Google, and our payment processors under their own policies. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm retained items and retention periods.]

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active subscriptions should be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play first; deleting the account does not cancel store billing.
